Fernando Jesus Montoya, more commonly known as Monarchy, was born in El Paso Texas. Hard Dance Electronic Music Producer Monarchy, comes to represent the Hard-style scene. With plans of creating a new wave, and a new sound, Monarchy brings a foreign frequency in hopes to break barriers within the music industry.
